We devide the time frame of the delivery into two parts:
• Processing Time: Order verification, checking the quality and packaging. Usually we are ready to ship within 24 hours after you place the order. But in case your order is low on stock we will make your order within 3-5 business days. We ship all over the world via Economy Air Mail International service and charge only actual shipping cost. Mostly we ship packages (up to 2Okg) and small packages (up to 2kg). Here’s the list of countries where we can ship only package, because small packages can’t be tracked there: Australia, Canada, Brazil, Israel, China, Qatar, Norway.
• Shipping Time: The time to prepare your order order for shipping varies.
Estimated shipping times:
- North America: 8-14 business days
- Europe: 1-2 weeks
- Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-4 weeks
- Asia Pacific: 2-3 weeks
- Latin America and the Caribbean: 3-4 weeks
- North Africa and the Middle East: 2-3 weeks
- Sub-Saharan Africa: 3-4 weeks
We always do everything we can to meet these shipping estimates, but still cannot guarantee them.
• All items are sent via International airmail from Ukraine.
• The delivery confirmation, tracking number, and insurance are included.
Customs and import taxes
All the customs and import taxes which may apply are response of the buyer. Our shop is not responsible for delays due to customs.

• Some local postal services do not provide the opportunity of on-line tracking for international registered airmail (e.g. Canadian and Australian post). You can track your package on Ukrainian post site, it shows the last place of your parcel’s registration in Ukraine.
Expedited shipping may be used for some items at an extra fee. You are welcome to email us in case expidited shipping is required. Please email us with subject "Request for Expedited Shipping".
Approximate price of the fast shipping is 30-50 doll.
Will my items be sent in one package?
Sometimes items in one purchase might be sent in separate packages due to postal rules or some other reason even if you specified combined shipping. Please remember that when receiving deliveries.
You can submit refund requests within 15 days your order has been completed. When 15 days since your purchase are passed, unfortunately the refund cannot be ordered.
In case you want to return the item, it must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.

The following situations are also not included:
1. An item you claim is not as described, but it can be proved by the seller that it is.
2. Items are as described, but you no longer need them.
A receipt or proof of purchase are required to complete your return.
Refunds (if applicable)
When we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within several days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If the refund is not yet received, please check your bank account again.
It takes some time the refund to be officially posted so contact your credit card company.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
• If you receive an item you did not order or if an item you ordered is received damaged or defective (we will ask for a photo though), we will issue a full refund for you or replace it with identical one.
• If you receive an item in good condition but for some reason you want to send it back and get a refund, shipping costs are not refundable.
• Refund will be provided after receiving the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary depending on where you live.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
